Dr. Richard Payne DVM, AVCA

Veterinarian

Dr. Payne graduated from Cornell University in 1979 followed by a one-year internship at the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatoon. After graduation and internship, he worked one year with Dr. Clark in Portville. Dr. Payne is interested in Complementary Medicine and has been certified in Animal Chiropractic’s since 1992 and is also certified in acupuncture. In his spare time, he spends time around his farm and riding his horses Bubba and Roman.

Dr. Tane Wiseman DVM

Veterinarian

Dr. Wiseman is a 1997 Graduate of Ross University, New York/St. Kitts, West Indies. Her special interests include Feline Medicine. She is a current member of the American Association of Feline Practitioners and Cornell Feline Health Center. Her current interests are spending time with her cats, two Great Pyrenees mix dogs, and reading.

Dr. Jennie Dahar DVM

Veterinarian

Dr. Dahar was born in Olean and grew up in Hinsdale, NY. She worked at Haskell Valley Veterinary Clinic throughout her high school and undergraduate career as a veterinary assistant. After attending St. Bonaventure University, she pursued her veterinary degree at Cornell University graduating in 2013. She immediately began working at Haskell Valley Veterinary Clinic. She currently shows her Doberman and Golden in agility, barn hunt, and other dog sports.

Dr. Colleen Bailey DVM

Veterinarian

Dr. Bailey is a 2020 graduate of Perdue University College of Veterinary Medicine

Suzanne Payne LVT, CVPM, MBA

Practice Manager

Sue is the manager of Haskell Valley Veterinary Clinic. She is a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager and a Licensed Veterinary Technician. Sue earned degrees in 1980 from Suny Delhi, a Bachelors 1991 from Empire State, and a MBA in 2007 from St. Bonaventure.

Kelly O'Rourke

LVT/CVT

Kelly graduated from SUNY Alfred State in 2012 with an AAS as a Veterinary Technician. She started working at Haskell Valley Veterinary Clinic as an LVT in 2013, making the transition to the Haskell Valley Vets of Bradford in 2019. She is a Bradford native true to heart. Kelly has special interests in client education, exam rooms, and geriatric care for our older patience. On her days off, Kelly enjoys every minute with her husband Will, her children, and the fur babies.

Kelly Woods

Licensed Veterinary Technician

Kelly started working with us as a technician in 2012, shortly after earning her degree. She graduated from Bradford Area High School and went on to graduate with a Veterinary Technician degree from Alfred State in 2012.

Kelly has two dogs and four cats, along with an assortment of other exotic pets. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Katelyn B.

Customer Care Representative

Kate has joined the Haskell Valley Vets of Bradford in July of 2022. Originally, an Executive Chef, Katelyn switched gears and decided to pursue her lifelong enjoyment in the comfort of being among furry friends on a daily basis. Her exceptional communication skills and compassion will be just what you need when you call with a concern. Katelyn spends her free time traveling, hiking, gardening, or in the kitchen with her husband. She has two rescued cattle dogs Fennie and Clyde and her adopted cat Frankenstein.
